Limitation of Liability

RacksNRuts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to vehicles, equipment, trailers, cargo, property, or other components resulting from installation, use, misuse, or failure of any product.

The customer acknowledges that off-road driving subjects vehicles and accessories to extreme forces and unpredictable conditions. By purchasing and using products from RacksNRuts, LLC, the customer accepts full responsibility for the installation and use of these products.

RacksNRuts, LLC’s total liability, if any, shall be limited solely to the replacement of the defective product or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.
