Madison didn’t grow up riding—he got pulled into it in 2021 after his buddy (now business partner) Dilan convinced him to give it a shot. A couple rides in, he was hooked. Also crashing… a lot. At one point he flipped an ATV twice, crushed his hand, had gas leaking everywhere—and somehow the country music just kept playing. They were laughing before it even shut off.
He’s all about mud first, speed second. Open field, long trail—doesn’t matter. If it pushes the machine a little harder, he’s in. Breaking things came with that, so figuring out how to fix them became part of the deal. Now he’s the guy wiring things back together and making it work when it probably shouldn’t.
RacksNRuts started as just a name with no real plan behind it. That changed when he and Dilan realized they could start building products based on the stuff they were actually dealing with while riding. The goal is simple—make gear that holds up, works right, and makes the whole experience better. For him, riding isn’t just something to do—it’s the reset he looks forward to every time.

Dilan Pagrabs is a hands-on builder, contractor, business owner, off-road enthusiast, former ATV racer, and tree climber. Known by many as “The Circus Master,” Dilan has built a reputation for managing multiple businesses, crews, machines, projects, and ideas while keeping everything moving forward.
With experience racing ATVs at local fairs, working in construction, climbing trees, running equipment, and building off-road machines, Dilan brings a real-world testing mindset to Racks-N-Ruts. Around the shop, the saying is simple: nothing is Dilan-proof. If there is a weak point, Dilan will usually find it — which is why he works closely with the Racks-N-Ruts team to build products that are stronger, smarter, and made for real riders.
At Racks-N-Ruts, Dilan helps lead product development, fabrication design, manufacturing oversight, and strategic growth. His focus is building tough, functional, USA-made UTV accessories that solve real problems and hold up in real trail conditions.

Fabricator Extraordinaire
Seth was built by the off-road world. From a young age, he learned that busted parts, hard rides, and rough trails were just part of the lifestyle. When his bike broke, his dad was the one in the garage fixing it, showing him firsthand what it meant to work with your hands, solve problems, and build things stronger than before.
That same fire never left. As an adult, Seth turned that early passion into a mission—designing and building bold, state-of-the-art upgrades and fresh ideas for the off-road community he lives for. He understands the grit, the abuse, and the demands that come with real riding, and he’s driven to create products that are tougher, smarter, and built to perform when it matters most.
For Seth, this is more than fabrication—it’s about pushing the off-road world forward, one hard-earned innovation at a time.
