RacksNRuts, LLC – Returns, Warranty, and Product Use Policy

RacksNRuts, LLC designs and sells products intended for off-road environments and enthusiast use. Because these environments involve extreme conditions and unpredictable forces, the following policies apply to all purchases made from RacksNRuts, LLC.

1. Return Policy

Standard Merchandise (Apparel, Hats, Koozies, Keychains, Stickers, and Similar Items)

Standard merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, installation, or use

Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Off-Road Parts and Equipment

Products designed for off-road vehicles are exposed to extreme conditions and heavy use.

For this reason:

  • Installed products cannot be returned

  • Used products cannot be returned

  • Products showing signs of installation, trail use, modification, or damage will not be eligible for return or refund

This policy helps ensure that damage caused by off-road use is not misrepresented as a manufacturing defect.

2. Pre-Order, Prototype, and Development Products

From time to time, RacksNRuts, LLC may offer products as pre-orders while they are being designed, tested, or manufactured.

By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer acknowledges:

  • Pre-order products are manufactured specifically for preorder customers

  • All pre-order and prototype sales are final

  • These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

  • Estimated delivery timelines may change due to development, testing, or manufacturing factors

Purchasing a pre-order product indicates acceptance of these terms.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

RacksNRuts, LLC will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Product Installation and Use

All products sold by RacksNRuts, LLC must be properly installed and maintained.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper installation

  • Ensuring compatibility with their vehicle or equipment

  • Routine inspection and maintenance

Improper installation, modification, or misuse may lead to product failure, vehicle damage, or personal injury.

Whenever possible, installation should be performed by a qualified individual familiar with off-road vehicle accessories and equipment.

5. Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Many products sold by RacksNRuts, LLC are designed for off-road environments where vehicles and equipment may be subjected to extreme forces, impacts, vibration, and environmental conditions.

Off-road driving inherently involves risk. By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges that off-road activities may place significant stress on vehicles and accessories.

RacksNRuts, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Racing or aggressive riding

  • Impacts, collisions, rollovers, or trail hazards

  • Modification of products

  • Use outside intended applications

Use of all products is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacksNRuts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage to vehicles or vehicle components

  • Damage to trailers or transport equipment

  • Damage to cargo or accessories

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury

Because off-road vehicles operate in unpredictable and extreme environments, the customer assumes full responsibility for the installation and use of all products.

The total liability of RacksNRuts, LLC, if any, shall be limited solely to the replacement of the defective product or refund of the original purchase price, at the sole discretion of RacksNRuts, LLC.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pre-order or prototype products

  • Installed products

  • Used products

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or off-road conditions

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
